Bob Yap

Bob is a Partner at KPMG in Singapore focusing on corporate insolvency and restructuring. He specialises in fraud investigations, regulatory compliance and dispute advisory, with expertise in compulsory and voluntary liquidation, judicial management, receivership, corporate turnaround, consensual restructuring and general business advisory services.

He is currently the lead liquidator of Lehman Brothers entities, MF Global entities and the Envy group of companies, as well as the Judicial Manager of Swiber Holdings Limited.

Bob has led several high-profile restructuring deals, in addition to forensic assignments for local and international organisations spanning multiple industries, including insurance, energy and utilities, electronics, engineering, pharmaceuticals, financial services, oil and gas, transportation and logistics.
