Anton is Partner and Head of Financial Services at KPMG in Singapore. He is also the Global Head of Fintech and Innovation, Financial Services at KPMG International.

Having led and advised over 200 growth projects across corporates and financial institutions, Anton has extensive experience in the assessment and strategy design for emerging business models. These include embedded finance, marketplace models, ecommerce platforms, market utilities and joint ventures.

He has also led strategy development for corporate and institutional businesses, including markets & transaction banking, investment management and segment strategies across consumer firms and SMEs.

These projects have spanned the development of corporate strategic initiatives on international mobility, innovation, network coverage, regulatory strategy and strategy execution.

His experience in customer strategy and service execution covers dynamic segmentation, proposition design, pricing strategy and planning. He has also designed, developed and provided leadership for global programmes to improve client engagement with banks, including the development of client advisory boards and client scorecards.

In the digital and innovation arena, he has developed strategies for digital, data & analytics across retail, wealth and corporate segments.

He has also assessed and designed innovation programmes for global banks, regulators and market infrastructure providers on corporate venture capital, venture building, sandboxes, client outreach and internal capability development.

He has conducted key regulation projects for know your customer and anti-money laundering, the Bribery Act, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, the Volcker Rule, Single Euro Payments Area, Brexit and the Payment Services Directive.

Outside of the financial services sector, Anton has worked on growth projects with corporates like Intel, HP, Uber, PartyGaming, Ford, Mars, Tesco, EMI, WPP and Unilever.
