Harvey Koenig

Harvey is a Partner at KPMG in Singapore with more than 25 years’ experience in tax policy, tax compliance and consulting.

He assists clients with tax incentive and government grant applications across a wide range of programmes and industries, including energy and natural resources, telecommunications and research and development. He also provides advice on intellectual property planning and the setting up of regional headquarters.

Harvey is a member of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s Joint Study Group, which provides insights into the implementation of BEPS 2.0 Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) Rules in Singapore.

His previous experience in tax policymaking enables him to provide clients with deep insights and a clear understanding of Singapore’s extensive tax incentives programme.
