Jonathan has over 25 years of audit and consulting experience across many industries, such as manufacturing, insurance, asset management, real estates and financial services. He currently heads the governance and risk services in Risk Consulting. In his role, Jonathan has undertaken numerous corporate governance, risk management and assurance reviews for both public and private organisations, including SMEs.

He also had a 2-year stint with KPMG in the UK, where he advised clients on corporate governance, risk management and internal audit engagements. These include integrating risk management directly into business processes for growth and working with companies leading up to and throughout the IPO process.

In his role as Head of Private Enterprise, Jonathan focuses on advising innovative start-ups, large local businesses and family businesses. He also serves as the Co-Chairman of the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards. The E50 identify, support and reward enterprising privately-owned local companies across all sectors in Singapore.

Jonathan has contributed articles in academic journals and leading business publications. He is a speaker at seminars and has facilitated roundtable forums. He regularly provides expertise for media articles on corporate governance practices and enterprise-related issues.

He previously served on the Institute of Auditors Singapore’s Board of Governors and is now a member of its Nominating Committee.
