Give Time

Since 2009, KPMG employees have been given up to 40 hours of paid leave per annum to drive and participate in community projects.


Championing community efforts during COVID-19

Supporting Temasek Foundation’s #BYOBclean initiative, donating laptops to underprivileged kids to facilitate home-based learning, and organising a fundraiser to provide 300 vulnerable families with basic grocery and meals for 3 months


RISE Mentorship Programs and CV Clinics by SG Enable

Participated in the programmes to provide support to persons with disabilities through employment


Giving Month

An annual employee-led event organised in line with the nationwide Giving Week campaign to give back to the community. 


Inclusive Employment Training Programme

Working together with 29 beneficiaries from SPD, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Federation, CPAS and Grace Orchard to equip them with crafting skills for paid employment


Raised funds to support India’s COVID-19 relief efforts

With the $85,940 raised, communities received life-saving medical resources.


Procurement from Social Enterprises

Through commissioned work for client gifts, lanyard for new joiners with Personalised Love or by introducing plastic-free biodegradable soaps in our pantries from Unpackt


KPMG Wellness Garden

A multi-generational and inclusive wellness garden will be built, in partnership with the National Parks Board, at East Coast Park for people of all ages and abilities, bringing communities together.


Harmony Month

A series of sessions to support our employees’ holistic well-being in conjunction with World Mental Health Day. These sessions include talks on kidney health awareness and personal finance, a stretching workshop and a masterclass on building resilience. 


At KPMG, serving our communities is core to our purpose and role as a corporate citizen. From our Inclusive Employment Initiative and Skills Training Programme that equips new skills and opens new doors for people with disabilities (PWDs) to Giving Month, a month-long series of engagement activities planned by our own employee volunteers, KPMG in Singapore is committed to building resilient communities.
