Deal Advisory

KPMG Deal Advisory in Stockholm employs 100+ enthusiastic professionals with diverse academic backgrounds. Our services cover mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuation, strategic integration/separation and operational advice and operational, IT and financial diligence and much more. Our scale, reach and local knowledge are focused on supporting our clients whenever and wherever they need us.

Corporate Finance (M&A and Valuation)

Our M&A team advise companies and their owners in connection with disposals and acquisitions. We support throughout the whole buy or sell process, including e.g. preparing marketing material, identifying and contacting buyers, target screenings and negotiation support.

Our Valuation team support clients with valuation issues surrounding business transactions and restructuring, to meet regulatory and accounting requirements, for financing, tax planning and dispute purposes, as well as financial modelling.

Transaction Services

Our Transactions Services team offer financial due diligence services – both from a buy side financial and a vendor due diligence perspective. The concept of our financial due diligence process is a detailed and systematic analysis of data from the target company in order to obtain an overall picture of the company in connection with the corporate deal.

Capital Markets
Capital Markets support and guide clients with regard to any kind of transaction in the global capital markets, for instance be it an initial public offering (IPO), raising new equity for established issuers or selling a stake in a quoted company in the public markets. We work with private and public clients from all industries in both debt and equity capital markets.

Deal Strategy
Deal Strategy supports the client throughout the deal cycle, from strategical pre-deal integration/separation due diligence and synergy assessments, to post-deal planning and execution. Additionally, Deal Strategy helps the client in their toughest operational challenges through operational and IT due diligence and operations strategy advising.
