Head of Open Banking at Nordea

Gunnar is heading Nordea’s Open Banking unit which is responsible for managing the API Market as well as the PSD2 API interface. Gunnar’s goal is to make Nordea’s Open Banking Platform the go-to hub for financial APIs in the Nordics, where customers, 3rd parties and banks can meet to exchange data and co-create more comprehensive and value-adding solutions. Gunnar has a long history of working in the banking industry, especially with complex customer cases and development initiatives.

Johanna Fager Wettergren

Head of sustainable finance at Finansinspektionen 

As head of sustainable finance at Finansinspektionen, Johanna Fager Wettergren is leading the authority’s work on ESG. She is also actively engaged in sustainable finance internationally, within the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO) and within the EU. She joined Finansinspektionen at 2019 as Deputy Executive Director at the Markets section. Previously, she was Head of Department at the National Debt Office, responsible for Financial Stability and Consumer Protection. She joined the Swedish Central Bank in 2006 and held, during a period of about 10 years, several different managerial positions within the field of Financial Stability and Asset Management. Johanna started her career in Nordea Bank.

Anna Felländer

Founder anch.AI 

Anna Felländer is one of Sweden’s leading experts on the effects of digitalization on organizations, society, and the economy. She started her career at the Ministry of Finance and was later Head of Financial Analysis at the crisis management office of the Prime Minister of Sweden during the financial crisis of 2008. Also, Anna was an advisor to the Swedish government and the Chief Economist at Swedbank. In 2016 Anna realized that artificial intelligence technology (AI) was becoming the new general-purpose technology: a technology that would drastically impact the economy, businesses, people, and society at-large. Anna founded anch.AI in 2018, which is an ethical AI Governance Platform to help organizations control, govern and report on responsible and ethical AI.

Head of technology for the FinCrime, CyberSec, and Applied AI area at Swedbank Group

Nima is the head of technology for the FinCrime, CyberSec, and Applied AI area across Swedbank Group. Nima is a passionate people developer and curious technologist with extensive experience in digital space and hands-on transformation journeys leveraging exponential thinking and disruptive technologies, especially cloud, machine learning/deep learning, and artificial intelligence. Nima has been involved in Swedbank’s AI journey for the past eight years and today, Swedbank AI team is supporting the business with various application of AI solutions digitalizing and automating manual processes and rule-based systems to increase efficiency as well as fighting financial crime and cyber security threats.

Head of Data Management Office, Deputy CDO, Handelsbanken

As Head of Data Management office and Deputy CDO, Johanna is responsible for leading the work to develop the data foundation needed to stay truly customer centric in a digital world. She joined Handelsbanken in 2021 to further accelerate the data driven transformation. Johanna has extensive experience from FSI, heading units in areas such as Business Development, Sales, Strategy and Transformation. For almost 10 years she has had leading roles in the FSI data area – building data, analytics and data science teams, platforms and ways of working. She is still passionate about the transformational power of data – bringing business, tech and people together.

Group Head of Sustainability at Nordea 

Anders Langworth is Group Head of Sustainability at Nordea, where integrating sustainability in the Groups entire offering – investments, financing, advice and internal operations is the main objective.

Anders is the Nordic representative in the UNEP FI Banking Board (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), which oversee the implementation of the Principles for Responsible banking and drive the banking progamme overall strategic objective. 

Anders has founded Bankers for Climate (www.bankersforclimate.com), a fully independent non-profit climate change movement for all employees in the global financial industry. The purpose is to drive positive change from within the industry.

Management Advisor in Group Information Security in Swedbank 

Pernilla Nordström is a Tech leader with 20+ years of international experience of working in the information security, IT risk and risk management fields with a strong passion for creating a more gender equal, diverse and inclusive tech industry and a wider society. Pernilla has been working as a consultant and an internal auditor, with a special focus on the financial sector, and also been heavily involved in driving the internal D&I agenda in her various workplaces. In 2021 she joined the Group Information Security function at Swedbank where she is also chairing the board for Swedbank's Women in Tech network.

Industry advisor at Microsoft Western Europe 

After spending 20 years in the software industry, Linda believes that times have never been more exciting and challenging in the intersection between retail and tech and runs by the thesis that digitalization is not only automation but using intelligence in every process starting with customer insights to be able to take the right decisions in every step of the business and treat the customer in a personal and relevant way in every touchpoint.  

Linda believes in physical retail and is passionate about the future customer experience, the important role of the store employee and how tech can empower a brand to show up in new ways.

Global Head of Mobility and Financial Services, Volvo Cars 

As Global Head of Mobility and Financial Services, Fredrik Sandberg is leading Volvo Cars work on embedded finance and thereby giving customers new ways of accessing cars. He joined Volvo Cars three years ago to set up and drive a new business and digital customer experience by offering retail customers subscription for cars online. The subscription model is now live in five European markets and in US for Volvo Cars. Before joining Volvo Cars, he has for more than 10 years held different managerial position within Financial Services, Retail Banking and Asset Management.

Vice President & Head of ESG Solutions, European Markets, Nasdaq

Tomas is the Vice President and Head of ESG Solutions, European Markets for Nasdaq, where he is responsible for coordination of initiatives and the tactical and strategic work around offerings in the Environmental, Social and Governance area.

Tomas has previously held various positions within Nasdaq, such as Head of Treasury for the Non-US entities, Chief Risk Officer in Nasdaq Clearing and Head of Financial Risks and Treasury Operation in EMEA/APAC. Before joining Nasdaq, Tomas worked within the Central Bank of Sweden (Sveriges Riksbank) in various positions, such as Head of Market Operation/Chief Dealer as well as Head of Market Operation and Reserve Management Division.
