Deal Strategy supports the client throughout the deal cycle, from strategical pre-deal integration/separation due diligence and synergy assessments, to post-deal planning and execution. Additionally, Deal Strategy helps the client in their toughest operational challenges through operational and IT due diligence and operations strategy advising.
