Yann Rousselot-Pailley is a veteran of R&D and innovation management with over 25 years of experience in consulting and executive roles. Yann started his journey at KPMG in Canada as an R&D tax credit advisor. He has been involved in R&D policy reform, represented the ICT sector, and participated in Quebec's innovation policies definition for different technology clusters. After an entrepreneurial experience and multiple start-ups, he joined back KPMG in Vietnam as Director of Digital Innovation, where he led strategic projects such as setting up innovation facilities, developing scientific and technology park programs, and evolving digital strategy and customer experience for a large Life Insurer. He founded the Innovation Center of Excellence at KPMG in Saudi Arabia and Levant. He is proficient in various disciplines related to innovation, such as Future Thinking, Open Innovation, and Lean Innovation.
