Sadia Nazir joined the firm in 2023 to lead and expand the Transfer Pricing and International Tax divisions. With over 25 years of experience, Sadia specializes predominantly in transfer pricing. Over the years, she has led transfer pricing planning, design and implementation of operating models, transfer pricing documentation strategies, automation and process development, cross-functional interactions and collaborations, intellectual property planning, and other activities. Before joining KPMG, Sadia served as a Global Head of Transfer Pricing, leading the transfer pricing functions for multiple Fortune 200 companies. She has also held leadership roles in public accounting firms across the United States. A certified public accountant in Illinois, Sadia holds Undergraduate and Master of Science degrees from Northern Illinois University and DePaul University. She has also briefly served as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science in International Taxation Program at Northern Illinois University.
