Mr. Abdulaziz is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of professional accounting and management experience, spanning a range of industries. Prior to joining KPMG, Alnaim founded his own Firm — Abdulaziz Alnaim Firm – Certified Public Accountants. Previously, he was the Vice – Chairman of the Audit Committee at Al Saedan Real Estate Company, Independent Board Member at in several investment funds with Mulkia and Khalijia Investment companies and Head of Internal Audit at OPEC Fund for International Development – Vienna, Austria. Mr. Abdulaziz has worked as accounts controller at the Treasury Department of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD). He also assumed the position of senior financial analyst at the Financial Control Department at Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). Mr. Abdulaziz has extensive experience in several areas, including accounting, auditing, finance and investment. He gained his experience through working in the public and private sectors, and the domestic and international positions he has assumed.
Mr.Abdulaziz is the Khobar Office Managing Partner, overlooking all functions including Audit, Advisory & Tax and is responsible for the execution of KPMG’s business strategy. Mr. Abdulaziz is also responsible for overseeing client services and managing their expectations. He has deep and extensive knowledge of Saudi and International Accounting and Auditing Standards, and Tax & Zakat regulations as well as Advisory Services including Deal Advisory, Risk Compliance and Internal Audit.
