  • Analysis of practices of product efficiency management system, including market tendencies of products with indication of most perspective and profitable products from each business line
  • Diagnostic assessment and analysis of current efficiency management system of retail products
  • Assessment of efficiency of bank’s existing products, identification of growth points
  • Development of initiatives to increase fee and commission income and road map with the assessment of financial effects of implementing the initiatives

Project deliverables

  • Identification of initiatives aimed at increasing the fee and commission income from retail product. Expected effect of implementing the initiatives: increase in the bank’s net fee and commission income by 28% after the project. 
  • Development of the concept of the retail products efficiency management system with the use of LTV and NPV indicators for products and clients
  • Provision of recommendations on developing the operating model of the product efficiency management system (organizational structure, roles, functions, processes, instruments, requirements to IT)
