Peter specialises in advising clients on corporate transactions, and has more than 10 years experience with KPMG Transaction Services.
He has extensive knowledge of managing multi disciplinary cross border transactions (buy-side, sell-side, carve-out, reverse takeover and IPO) across a broad range of sectors in the UK, Europe, North and South America for corporate and private equity clients.
For the last three years Peter has focused on the Energy and Natural Resources sector, specialising in mining. In this time he has advised clients on development and production stage assets in commodities ranging from phosphates to niobium and iron ore. Outside of mining, Peter has experience of European downstream oil and gas (retail and wholesale) operations and UK regulated water assets.
Peter will use his extensive deal knowledge and cross border experience to help our clients execute their outbound M&A strategy, and to identify opportunities to realise incremental value from their transactions.
Peter holds an MBA, Postgraduate Certificate in International Business and is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT).
