20 March 2018, 2:30PM - 6:00PM, MST
On 20 March 2018 KPMG will hold a “How to enter a Russian supply chain” seminar in the Moscow office jointly with Russo-British Chamber of Commerce. This is a key event for those who are interested in or impacted by UK compliancy law requirements and operating in Russia. We believe that this is a very timely business presentation, as compliancy, anti-corruption and bribery measures are frequently debated. Russian and UK laws do differ considerably – the presentation will address touch points and differences.
The presentation, delivered by the KPMG Risk Consulting team, will cover diverse subjects such as the UK bribery act and its relevance in Russia, what a compliance system is. The presentation will also cover due diligence, compliancy audits, and what all of this means not only to long term players but to new market entrants. KPMG will also demonstrate their automated counterparties screening system. The main aim of the event is to exchange experience and opinions, including advice on conducting such compliance system, and to discuss the methods and techniques that are currently being used.
The event is planned to be in a plenum discussion and presentation format.
Participation is free of charge, however number participants from one company are limited 2 persons from one company.
