Alexander has over 25 years of experience in human resources management and operational efficiency improvement both on the consulting and industry sides. At KPMG, Alexander leads People & Change practice at Strategy and Operations.
Alexander joined KPMG from a major Russian high-tech state corporation, where he led HR, IT and administrative functions and where he was responsible for creating development strategies, building effective management teams, reducing operating costs and implementing employee performance management system. Prior to that Alexander was employed by a FTSE100 international metals and mining company, where he led HR and occupational safety functions at their international businesses. There, among other tasks, he helped to transition various manufacturing and mining assets to a target operating model in Russia, the USA, Canada, Ukraine, South Africa, Italy and Czech Republic taking into account lean manufacturing principles.
Alexander also has experience with another Big-4 firm, where he was a partner and Head of the Operational Excellence group and the HR Advisory group. He managed numerous projects on business process excellence, HR, pay and change management for clients in various industries.
In addition, Alexander is a regular speaker and moderator of major HR events and was ranked among top 1,000 leaders of Russia in 2019 and 2020.
