Rezida works at KPMG in Moscow since 2014. She specializes in the implementation of projects in the field of international taxation. Rezida’s main areas of expertise are as follows: advisory on Russian and international tax matters, restructuring of large Russian and foreign groups, including the development of effective holding, management, financing and trading structures in order to optimize tax costs within the group, to increase transparency and attractiveness to potential investors. She has experience in development of tax efficient structures for acquisition of foreign assets by large Russian companies, development of recommendations for the improvement of structures to achieve tax efficient exit from the structure and repatriation of the invested funds.
