Natalia has been working at KPMG since 2008. Prior to that she has worked at three leading Russian insurance companies where she held different roles including the role of Chief Actuary heading actuarial support in the areas of life insurance and general insurance.
She has over 14 years of experience in actuarial modeling and consulting. Natalia’s work was connected with reserving and preparation of financial statements as well as pricing and development of insurance products, analysis of portfolio, forecasting of business performance of insurance companies and budgeting.
At KPMG, Natalia’s focus is on audit reviews of insurance reserves, actuarial consulting and provision of actuarial opinions on operations of insurance companies. Natalia also took part in a series of due dilligence projects, carried out pension benefits reviews and valuations. She has extensive experience in reviewing and developing different types of mathematical and stochastic models.
In 2014 Natalia was included in the list of first 40 responsible actuaries subject to inclusion in the register of responsible actuaries without examination. After gaining the status of responsible actuary Natalia took part in development of syllabus for entry examination to join self-regulated actuarial organization, was a member of examination commission on examination for responsible actuary. She is a member of Control committee of the Guild of Actuaries. Natalia also led a workgroup on the development of the Federal Actuarial Standard “Actuarial estimate of loss reserves” inside the Guild of Actuaries.
