Ekaterina’s work experience is connected with management, assessment and development of organization’s human capital at all management levels in the capacity of a manager, consultant and educator.

She supervised the implementation of a wide range of projects on developing of management and expert teams, building from scratch or transforming of organization’s performance development and review system, knowledge management, forming a pool of talents and retaining key personnel.

Her sphere of interest also comprises micro targeting, mental health and behavioral economics projects.

Ekaterina is a consultant to top figures in Russian business on leadership issues, team management, choice and development of successors, relationship management, career promotion.

Ekaterina supervised the issue of over 30 scientific publications.
