Marina Neshchadim

Marina’s work experience in the sphere of human capital development involves implementation of projects on personnel assessment and training, development of corporate culture and internal HR-brand inside organizations.  Marina has also many years of experience as a coach for managers and teams.  Marina worked with production enterprises from mining, processing and food industries; as well as with telecommunication companies, banks, retail companies, HoReCa, publicly owned organizations and state administrative bodies.
