KPMG in Russia and the CIS

Margarita has been advising on HR and change management in major international companies for more than eight years. In 2019, she was developing a practice at KPMG in Sweden. Margarita's professional experience includes:

  • change management, including organizational changes, communications, training
  • development of incentive systems
  • development of HR strategy
  • organizational design
  • job evaluation and grading
  • optimization of HR processes
  • creation of KPI systems
  • conducting industry-wide and specific remuneration reviews
  • organization of remote work and employee experience management

Margarita also chairs the sub-committee on compensation and benefits at the Association of European Businesses (AEB).
