Having joined KPMG in 1999, Alisa is the Head of Tax & Legal at KPMG North West Regional Center. Being a Partner she is in charge of advising clients on various tax, legal and customs issues in St. Petersburg and North-West region. Alisa also oversees the regional development of tax services at KPMG in Russia, and leads the services related to obtaining state support measures (including SPIC 2.0, IPPA, RIP, SEZ).
Alisa frequently meets and consults with tax authorities having access to the most recent and updated information on the regional tax issues, including tax concessions. She is also a regular conference host, presenter and moderator.
