Andrey has more than 25 years' experience of implementation of projects in the field of supply, procurement, inventory management and also large transformational programs, including complex automation in power, metallurgical, oil and gas, chemical, and mining industries as well as in transport and trade. Prior to joining KPMG, Andrey was an employee of a large energy company, where he focused on automating material flows' management, and also headed the department of category managers at a major Russian bank.

Andrey's professional interests include:

  • developing and implementing functional supply chain and procurement strategies
  • managing transformation of procurement planning, inventory management, logistics and procurement functions
  • automating supply chain and procurement business processes based on SAP S/4HANA and 1C
  • introducing innovative technologies in supply chain and procurement management processes
