Sergei has been working in KPMG since 2008, he is an experienced corporate and project finance professional. Sergei’s recent project finance and PPP experience includes financial modeling, preparation of business plans for projects related to construction and operation of federal toll roads in Russia under PPP mechanism, model audit engagements for private bidders in concession tenders. In 2014 Sergei had 5 months secondment to KPMG London office, CF Infrastructure practice. Sergei worked on a case study of major UK infrastructure projects, analysis of legacy adjustments, retail strategy for water treatment company, modeling in relation to a proposed cancer centre in the UK under PFI scheme, presentations in relation to high speed rail line funding issues. Sergei has sound experience in developing financial models in different industry sectors (coal, electricity generation, grid systems, gas transmission, generating business, real estate).
