Natalia joined KPMG in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia worked in major international law firms, advising Russian and international clients on different corporate law matters.
Natalia’s experience includes M&A transaction support, legal due diligence of target companies and other assets, advising on establishment of joint venture companies, business restructuring issues, creation of holding structures as well as providing an assistance in practical implementation of the above projects. In addition, Natalia provides legal advice on commercial issues, including, but not limited to franchising, distribution and other types of cooperation agreements, as well as works with high-net-worth individuals within assets structuring projects, on family and inheritance law issues
