Igor joined the KPMG office in Moscow in 2017; in 2020 he was appointed Head of IRM. His previous employers include other Big-4 firms, system integrators, and software developers. Igor has profound experience in implementing projects on designing IT strategic consulting processes, improving efficiency and optimizing IT management. He evaluated IT projects when implementing the products of such companies as 1С, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, and also provided audit and IT process design services.

His key areas of expertise include:

  • Group leadership in auditing the system of internal IT controls
  • IT audit as part of the financial statements' audit and process-based audits: he participated and led IT audits for more than 300 companies
  • Consulting services for integrating and improving internal controls systems (describing processes, reviewing internal controls, identifying risks and weaknesses of internal controls systems and related improvement advice)
  • Assessing IT risks in the context of business risks
  • Leadership and contribution to audit and advisory projects for SOX compliance (in terms of IT controls)
