Alexandr’s work experience in the field of human capital development and personnel assessment involves implementation of projects on the assessment of innovative potential of educational projects, research of efficiency and impact of human factor on companies’ performance.  Alexandr has also extensive experience of cooperation with government authorities, international companies, companies which operate in industrial and power sectors, charity, financial sector and other.

He participated in the projects of human capital development, assessment of personnel, training management and development of innovative educational projects, as well as in projects on the assessment of education efficiency, development of diversity & inclusion, psychology of negotiation and emotion.

Besides, Alexandr is the author of over 30 scientific and analytical publications and numerous training programs and courses, prepared as part of federal projects.  He has completed the whole range of projects on development of instruments for personality evaluation (including mental health), companies’ personnel and occupational health and safety evaluation with the use of both, classical instruments and innovative instruments (ИИ). Alexandr has been highly appreciated for many of these developments.
