Paul moved to Moscow in 2018 and leads our Customer Advisory practice in Russia. Prior to this he worked for KPMG Customer and Digital practice in London, where he worked on large-scale customer-centric digital transformations with many leading clients to create modern customer-centric organisations.
He has since worked with many international and Russian clients across multiple sectors to help them identify customer and revenue growth strategies and restructure their operations by transforming their marketing, sales, service, operations and back offices by deploying the latest emerging technology solutions.
