Ekaterina is Head of Tax, KPMG in Tatarstan. Ekaterina has been working with KPMG since 2000. She has extensive experience in advising on various aspects of regional tax concessions in St. Petersburg and Leningradsky District. Her experience also includes advising on transfer pricing and tax structuring. Ekaterina has extensive experience in due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions. She is also responsible for advising on tax aspects during the audits of financial statements of companies. Ekaterina participated in projects related to the development of accounting policies for financial and tax purposes, developing chart of accounts and tax accounting registers.
