Artem advises clients on the issues of bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities, liability of owners and top management, and assets’ protection. Artem has worked in advisory for ten years. He has experience in representing the interests of both creditors and debtors in cases of any complexity and an extensive practice in settling disputes on subsidiary liability and in challenging transactions.
