Alevtina has been working with KPMG since 1996 in the People Services group. Alevtina works with a number of international clients and Russian companies and advises on Russian and international tax implications, individual tax planning, optimization of employment structures, development of compensation and employee incentive plans, including adaptation of international long-term incentive stock-based plans to the requirements of Russian tax, currency and labor law, implications of profit tax, payroll taxes, social security taxes and charges and optimization of these taxes and payments. She has also been working on HR issues for M&A transactions, HR due diligence, HR/personnel issues on public private partnership projects.
