KPMG in Serbia and Public Sector and Development Cooperation team is currently seeking for a Senior Non-Key Expert –Training specialist for a potential engagement.

 

Tasks and responsibility:

  • The expert will work closely with the TL and other experts, as well as project beneficiaries to develop and conduct necessary training on Capital Project Planning. The expert is expected to prepare all necessary training materials and conduct training sessions.  

Requirements:

  • University degree in areas related to this activity;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Minimum 8 years, preferably 10, of overall work experience;
  • Past experience in advising/training activities;
  • Minimum 2 assignments related to delivery of training to public sector;
  • Previous experience in Serbia or the region is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Serbian language would be a strong asset.

Civil servants and other staff currently employed by public administrations of the beneficiary country are not eligible to apply as experts. Experts must be independent and free from conflicts of interest regarding the responsibilities defined by the Terms of Reference.
