We are committed to protecting and maintaining our islands’ for future generations.
Sustainability of our environment and community is a key factor for our firm and we are committed to being responsible to help reduce our environmental impact with recycling, energy saving and responsible consumption. We work to raise awareness and encourage our employees to be environmentally friendly at work and in their personal life by raising awareness and education.
We are participating in the KPMG’s Global Green Initiative effort to seek to achieve a 15% reduction in Net Greenhouse Gas Emissions per FTE by 2015 (from 2010), increase use of renewable energy, global measurement of water, waste, and paper, and replacing high-emission energy sources with lower-emission alternatives.
We support Fairtrade as one of the founding members of the Guernsey Fairtrade Steering Committee. We also work with GCV, La Société Guernesiaise and the Guernsey Botanical Trust on volunteering and education projects.
