This means that the financial services industry – like all industries – needs to do things differently. By being agile and responsive to the change all around us, there are opportunities to do things more effectively, more efficiently, and drive even more business value.

We're working with organizations around the world, helping them get future ready. Take some time to browse through our video collection of accelerators and let's start the conversation.

KPMG’s Cyber Risk Management process uses a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool to facilitate the process of outsourcing vendor assessment for existing compliance standards or a client-specific compliance framework. It is an end-to-end tool to manage third-party vendor risk evaluations. The TPRM tool has four key modules including Master Data Management, Assessment Set Testing, Analysis and Reporting. Within these modules, our clients have a central repository to manage vendor information, can conduct tailored assessments of each vendor, enables the vendor to run a self-assessment, then the tool performs a facility-wise and domain-wise analysis to create an exception based report. The tool can be implemented at the client location as a standalone application in their environment or can be hosted by KPMG on behalf of the client.
