In 2019, 555.6 thousand new passenger cars were registered, 69.9 thousand LCVs amounted, 28,3 thousand HCVs amounted and 38,3 thousand single-track vehicle. In 2019 the registration number of cars with alternative drives was higher by 63.8% in comparison to 2018 and amounted to over 41.4 thousand. Consistently more vehicles with alternative drives are overwhelmingly bought by institutional clients – in this case the growth rate is 66.0%.

Analysis is based on the most recent registrations, statistical and market data and is a result of a joint endeavour by the Polish Automotive Industry Association and KPMG in Poland.
