„Procurement Controlling – how to define and measure the effectiveness of procurement function from the internal stakeholders perspective?”

The aim of the initiative is to establish an effective platform to exchange experience and to streamline discussions concerning the most current trends and challenges in terms of strategic purchasing. We hope that the program and functioning of the Forum will meet your expectations raised during EIPM meetings and KPMG conference “Key Procurement Challenges – challenges and development directions of procurement organizations in Poland”.
The Strategic Purchasing Forum is a quarterly cycle of meetings for purchasing practitioners led by KPMG and EIPM experts. Each meeting has a main topic which reflects the most current trends in managing purchasing area. During the next meetings we will discuss the issues raised in the survey conducted among Forum participants:

The second meeting of the Strategic Purchasing Forum will be held on June 2nd, in Warsaw. The event will be dedicated to the following topic „Procurement Controlling – how to define and measure the effectiveness of procurement function from the internal stakeholders perspective?” Aside from the presentation of possible solutions, case studies and global results of the best practices reports in the procurement function will be presented. Significant part of the meeting will be devoted to moderated discussions in groups. Co-organizers of the meetings are KPMG in Poland and European Institute of Purchasing Management (EIPM).
Registration
We invite Purchasing Directors or other managers that lead purchasing functions in the biggest organizations in Poland to participate in the Strategic Purchasing Forum.
In order to cover the administrative costs related to organization of meetings, EIPM set a participation charge amounted to 650 PLN plus tax.
