Paweł Barański has 20 years' of experience in tax advisory for companies involved in different line of business such as automotive, energy and companies operating in Special Economic Zones. From the past 11 years, Paweł is responsible for the tax advisory department in Katowice, which concentrates on supporting clients with their seats in Silesian and neighbouring provinces. He is responsible for current tax advisory, involving preparation of tax opinions and tax reviews in line with personal income tax (PIT), corporate income tax (CIT), goods and services tax (VAT), property tax and public aid. He represents Clients in this scope before tax authorities and the Provincial and Supreme Administrative Courts. Paweł has a wide experience in the field of companies’ restructuring processes and transfer pricing issues. He conducted many tax and legal trainings, as well as he took part in many conferences and congresses. He published numerous articles covering public aid topics.
