Recruitment stages for internship candidates:

Once the formal requirements have been met, it is time for testing. The SOVA analytical test checks the level of the candidate's analytical skills and behavioural preferences in the occupational environment. The English language test determines the level of general proficiency with elements of the so-called office English.
The final stage is an online interview during which we want to get to know you better. Questions relate to your experience, skills, interests and reasons for applying for a placement at a particular department at KPMG.

Interview with a recruiter
A recruiter will contact you by phone and invite you to an online interview.
Interview with a business line representative
In the final stage we examine your level of skills and aptitudes required for the position. During this interview, you may also be asked to complete an additional task e.g. language test, analytical test or case study.
