Change in the digital economy is inevitable, but KPMG’s future of HR global study reveals conflicting approaches today’s HR leaders are taking to the paradigm shift that’s redefining business and HR models in every industry. Forward-looking HR leaders are confidently harnessing the resources and insights that will redefine the traditional HR model and its contribution to the enterprise. They are boldly following strategic plans and implementing new technologies such as analytics, digital labor and artificial intelligence. And they are pursuing the critical new skills needed to succeed in the digital age. But we also see a large segment of less-confident HR leaders who are demonstrating either an unsustainable, wait-and-see approach to change – or simply sitting idle on the sidelines.

Since the inception of KPMG's survey for HR professionals over 23 years ago, around 26,000 HR professionals across the world have participated in our survey to put together the latest trends in HR which organizations can use as a yardstick to plan initiatives in various facets of HR.

KPMG People & Change team in Pakistan (KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co.) invites HR decision makers to participate in the 23rd Annual - 2019 Future of HR Survey (formerly the Towers Watson Survey).

This year’s survey builds on the 2018–2019 research of over 1,200 HR executives across the globe. We are gathering insights to better understand how the HR function is changing in Pakistan and around the world, what the plans and/or top investments are, and how HR is navigating the complex and ever-changing world of work.

The survey should take no longer than 15–20 minutes to complete and will go a long way in building appreciation for HR in Pakistan.

The survey will close end of business day on Friday, August 2, 2019.

When will the results be available?

The final global results will be available in October. We care about maintaining the confidentiality of your data. Please be assured that all responses will remain strictly confidential and results will only be published in aggregate.
