NEW YORK, August 23, 2017 – KPMG has been recognized as a global “Leader” in employee experience (“EX”) consulting, according to a recently released report from ALM Intelligence. The recognition underscores the firm’s leadership position in this increasingly competitive but rapidly evolving market that combines leading HR competencies in human capital management and HR transformation with complementary capabilities in strategy and operations, marketing, digital, technology, real estate and risk consulting.
“KPMG provides a full range of services across the EX consulting value chain, standing out for the most human-centered and empathetic approach among its peers,” says Liz DeVito, Associate Director and Lead for HR Consulting Research with ALM Intelligence. “The firm’s evidence-based consulting approach combines a mix of advanced analytics and behavioral science tools and techniques to help clients understand how the experience modulates across the employee lifecycle over time.”

Carl Carande, KPMG’s vice chair of Advisory, noted, “We are extremely proud of our differentiated service offerings and expanded capabilities to help organizations engage an audience that is critical to any business’s success – its employees. Regardless of which industry a company operates in, enhancing the employee experience is a business imperative, and we are honored to be recognized as a leader in this fast-growing and important space."
The ALM report explained, “KPMG integrates an exceptionally strong change management capability into employee experience consulting, supported by a robust library of tools and methodologies for cultural and behavior analysis.”

KPMG also earned the prestigious “legend” rating from ALM for its internal client insight and client capability development, as well as for the depth and client impact of its work in employee experience consulting.
