The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 80-2020, 06 August 2020, to amend the second paragraph of RMC 79-2020 to read as follows: “All concerned taxpayers duly registered under the jurisdiction of Revenue District Offices Nos. 24 to 34, 38 to 57; may:”
