Special InTAX: March 2020 Issue 3 | Volume 1

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued a notice dated 12 March 2020 mandating all Publicly Listed Companies (“PLCs”) to file SEC Form 17-C to apprise the investing public of the risk and impact of COVID 19 on their business operation. The PLCs must also indicate in their report all measures to mitigate the risks of the COVID 19 that they will undertake or have undertaken. The disclosure must be made to the Philippine Stock Exchange using PSE EDGE not later than12:00 noon of 16 March 2020.
