  • Crafts compelling and innovative business strategies to solve client problems that are aligned with the Digital Delta value proposition and present to C-level clients
  • Helps clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities and the transformational impact they may have on their organization
  • Functions as a project or program manager with overall responsibility for the successful planning, tracking and execution of multiple, simultaneous, and medium to large projects
  • Ensures mitigating strategies or contingencies are appropriately applied to anticipated risks and issues and acts as point of escalation on projects
  • Incorporates industry leading practices, conducts internal and external benchmarking and implements standards, key measures and metrics
  • Demonstrates in-depth expertise and know-how regarding Digital Finance solutions
  • Supports C-level clients with understanding of Digital transformation potential, based on concrete examples and use cases
  • Streamlines and simplifies organization models and processes through the design, recommendation and pragmatic deployment of market-tested intelligent automation tools
  • Leads project teams focused on the design and implementation of Digital technologies
  • Applies deep financial acumen and propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
  • Delivers new business capabilities through the implementation of Digital Delta strategies and solutions
  • Actively contributes to the Firm’s Business Development Strategy, including identification of new opportunities and preparation of proposals for the clients



  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or the equivalent
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation, Technology Management, IT or similar fields is preferred but not required
  • PMP or PgMP certified preferred and other relevant desirable certifications such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Minimum of 10 years of Digital Transformation and/or IT Program/Project Management experience including both waterfall and agile lifecycle project management, software development and infrastructure deployment methodologies according to industry best practices
  • Solid experience in the management of large, complex digital transformation or IT projects and programs, multi-phase, multi-track, high-risk projects with up to 10 or more project team members concurrently
  • Experience should include project management, IT initiative implementation, facilitation of decision-making events, business case development, budget, and resource management
  • Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, etc.) and programming languages (e.g. VBA, SQL) is a plus
  • Ability to deal with large amounts of data and practical knowledge of management information systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
