Advisory (Deal Advisory) - Deal Advisory Associate

 

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis relevant to the transaction, industry and clients’ needs using data checked for internal consistency and accuracy
• Uses research tools to source and interpret data and information on targets, clients and their business environment to support Deal Advisory marketing and proposal activities
• Prepares draft engagement letters that demonstrate Deal Advisory technical/risk management awareness
• Provides support / assistance for proposals / business development
• Establishes credibility with the client as a representative of Deal Advisory Services             
• Collaborates with the team and helps with the development of team morale

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance-related courses
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but also open to non-board passers and non-board takers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
