  • Lead risk and project management of Customer and operations transformation engagements, including team and individual utilization; identify potential business opportunities
  • Conduct detailed scoping workshops and act as a product Subject Matter Expert in Dynamics 365 CRM or salesforce and stay up to date on the new features and updates 
  • Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to optimize business process design using Dynamics CRM/ Salesforce capabilities
  • Support design and delivery of Dynamics CRM and Salesforce based solution
  • Implement related customizations and reports to model the client’s organizational processes as directed based on the system architecture.
  • Facilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions  
  • Deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality as well as features  



  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent courses (Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, etc)
  • Has strong business acumen, analytical/problem solving skills, and the ability to understand how business model decisions impact Finance operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance, and organizational design
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in an advisory or management role with focus on Customer Advisory business/digital transformation projects or as CRM implementer
  • Has experience in leading a team and handling multiple projects
  • Preferably with project management certification
  • Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or salesforce certification
