Assists Management Consulting Division in delivering and building the People & Change services and other related services.
Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Cash Disbursement, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll Management and Period End closing).
Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports
Graduate of Bachelor in Human Resources or related courses
With extensive knowledge of business process improvement
Has good risk management mindset and is client-oriented
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
