Pascal Cange is a Director in Trade & Customs (“T&C”); he manages the Middle East T&C practice at KPMG.

With 16 years of T&C experience in the Middle-East and globally, Pascal advises public and private sectors’ economic actors on conceptualizing and implementing T&C regulations and structures. He also represents companies and governments in T&C audits and disputes. An Arabic, English and French speaker, Pascal has advised global e-commerce groups on supply chain compliance and optimizations (including reverse logistics) and their host authorities on establishing a compliant and competitive T&C setup. He helped ensure compliance of supply chains, in Middle-East and globally, for cosmetics, dairy products, automotive, and aeronautic components groups.

He is an Attorney at Law in Paris, France, and an Attorney at Law in Beirut, Lebanon. He holds a Masters in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France, and a Masters in WTO and European Laws from Rennes 1 University, France.
