Wadih joined KPMG Al Fozan in October 2018 to lead the Tax function for the Saudi Levant Cluster (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon including Iraq and Palestine). He is based in the Riyadh office. He helped build successful tax practices across boundaries in the Middle East, and worked with key multinationals and family groups on their tax affairs and their acquisition, working with government and ministries of finance on tax policy and transformation.
Wadih is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of corporate experience in North America and the Middle East. His areas of expertise cover, but are not limited to; international tax, value added tax, tax deals and tax operations and technology. Through his career, Wadih held several senior roles such as the COO for the tax function, Head of Transformation in the tax function, and Regional Tax Risk and Quality Leader, and Tax Relationship partner for leading multinationals.
