How we will work together

The global economic landscape is rapidly changing due to the impact of COVID-19. Our approach reflects the importance of ensuring your plans are flexible to enable you to move decisively when required. At the end of this process you will have a clear plan based on a clear understanding of your cash position.

Initiated with a half hour scoping call to talk through you priorities, you’ll then gather your thoughts and provide Business Critical Information that will help you and your KPMG advisor gain a snap shot of the business, the impact of COVID-19 on the business, as well as potential challenges and opportunities.

In a workshop via video conference, we will help you develop a highly focused bespoke COVID-19 Action Plan and high level cashflow forecast.

  • Examine the key focus areas of your business, identify risks and new revenue opportunities, identify and prioritise key actions, and stress test your thinking and decisions.
  • Develop high level cashflow forecast in line with the key decisions made, to stress test your thinking and inform your decisions. Complex businesses may require more detailed work. We will discuss and agree with you any fees implications before undertaking further work.
  • Develop action plan for sharing with the team and any key partners.
To support you to execute your plan, we will check-in with you to discuss progress and any new issues you’ve encountered, and help adapt your plan to ensure you are responding effectively to the evolving context of COVID-19. These will be a series of calls at a time agreed with you.
