Theft of inventory

FairCall received a call from an employee alleging that their colleagues in sales, production and transport logistics were colluding to misappropriate product to third parties for cash. An independent investigation quickly uncovered evidence that supported the allegations, and criminal charges were laid against the fraudulent employees.

Falsification of financial records

An employee of a financial services organisation called FairCall to report that a colleague had been falsifying loan records to increase staff commissions. An internal investigation found that the allegations were substantiated and that the fraudulent behaviour had occurred consistently over a five year period.

Bullying and harassment
