Prospera has developed what it calls some of the ‘world’s most advanced artificial intelligence technologies’ to help optimise crop production. The company believes cost effective data solutions will be key to widespread adoption of ag-tech. A major barrier cited for the wide adoption of agricultural technology is its cost, as once it drops, it will be accessible by many and valuable in managing global food demand and climate change. Building trust amongst growers is also an important consideration, which can be built through several cycles of proof-of-concept use and technical maturity.
